The depth of pleasure, presence and connection you are capable of is directly proportional to how much you are willing to feel. Removing the armour doesn’t make you less of a man. It makes you more of one.
In the last transmission I spoke about the armour. The tension living in your body. The cold steel she can feel even when she can’t name it.
Most men, when they hear that, ask the same question.
“Okay. But what’s on the other side of it?”
This is that answer.
The more I was removing the armor, the more I was re-sensitizing my ability to feel. And this really began with myself… being able to acknowledge, honour and feel the feminine principle within me. This allowed me to be more sensitive to energy, more intuitive, more empathic, more compassionate. The more I was able to meet myself at that place, the more women were feeling safer around me.
What most men don’t realize is that the armor doesn’t just block pain. It blocks pleasure. It blocks perception. It blocks the ability to read a room, read a woman, read the moment. The same contraction that kept you defended is the one keeping you numb and disconnected.
This was my experience up until around the age of 28. Two years earlier, I had committed to my healing journey by returning to college to become a fitness and health professional. This was how I ensured I would follow through with healing and regenerating my body after years of masochistic behaviour that was part of the culture I was raised in. My parents were military soldiers and fighters.
That was their way of being. They were willing to compromise themselves in order to be combat ready. As a result they live with a lot of pain. I didn’t want that. That was very clear for me. So I chose a different path.
One where I was choosing to practice vulnerability with empowerment.
Big thank you to Brené Brown for the YouTube video that landed at exactly the right moment for me in 2012. From that moment on, I understood that in order to grow and expand into my highest expression, I had to be willing to let go of the armour I had put up to feel safe. To protect myself from feeling.
And that’s where the resensitization began.
I was no longer watching porn. I was choosing a healthy lifestyle… teaching fitness, yoga, meditation and martial arts. But the point is, the more I was re-sensitizing my body, the more women were having profound experiences with me… I’m talking about major emotional releases, incredible orgasms, really powerful multiple orgasms.
I was able to provide this because they felt truly safe to relax. Because I myself was learning how to relax more and more and therefore feel more. The more I was dropping the armour, the lighter I was becoming. The more sensitive I was becoming. The more pleasure I was able to experience. The more pleasure I was able to provide.
These experiences weren’t about technique. They were indicators that something real was happening inside me. That the healing was working. That presence, not performance, is what creates safety for a woman to fully open.
This journey eventually led me to my beloved wife Sasha. And what we experience together I can only describe as tantric union. I am able to powerfully penetrate her energetically. That didn’t come from trying harder. It came from becoming lighter.
The old story says: be stronger, be harder, perform better.
The deeper truth is this: the man who has done the work to truly feel himself is the most powerful man in the room. Not because he is harder… because he is more present. More able to hold the tension. More able to meet depth.
I am returning men to a sense of wholeness… where they feel truly safe to acknowledge and honor the inner feminine, and bring balance and harmony between the masculine and feminine polarity within them. To truly acknowledge and honour the spiritual and the material. To acknowledge and honour their lineage, their ancestry, and use that strength to move forward on their soul’s path.
‘In order to heal we must feel.’
The man your partner (current or future) is asking for already exists inside you. He is not as hard to reach as you may think. He is simply buried under layers of armour that were never meant to be permanent.
The question is not whether you are capable of this. The question is whether you are ready to feel what has been waiting underneath.
This is my superpower. Holding a compassionate space where men feel safe enough to relax, let go of the heaviness and the armor they have been carrying. As a result it allows them to re-sensitize… to become better lovers for themselves, for their partners, for their families. More empowered as men. More whole.
This is the work of the private immersions. In person. One man at a time.

Much love,
